Terms and Conditions of Booking

1. By submitting our booking request form, you have indicated your intention to confirm our party/event services.

2. You will be liable for the charges of all the services that you have requested in our booking form.

3. Your booking is confirmed only after you receive our booking confirmation email.

4. Any changes to the requested services pertaining to their timing and duration after the booking has been confirmed will be subjected to availability. An administrative charge of $30 will be imposed for any changes made to the booking after it has been confirmed.

5. Should you wish to cancel your booking, please SMS or Email us at least 1 week in advance.

6. Cancellations made a week or more before the party/event would be subjected to a cancellation fee of 20% of the total fee charged for the services.

7. Cancellations made within less than a week’s notice would be subjected to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total fee charged for the services.

8. All payments inclusive of cancellation charges must be made promptly within the stipulated timeframe as specified in our confirmation email or subsequent correspondences. All late payments will be subjected to a late payment charge of 20% of the total bill for every month of delay or part there of.

9. Refusal of payments will be contested via all legal means possible through civil suit proceedings or otherwise.
